Exchanges and Returns
Because our products are made just for you with print-on-demand technology, we don’t accept returns or exchanges unless there’s a manufacturing or printing defect. We take great care to ensure your order looks perfect, but if something goes wrong on our end, please reach out—we’ll make it right! Since each item is custom-made, we don’t have a facility to accept general returns or restock items. Thanks for understanding and supporting our small business!
Can I change or cancel my order?
Because every item is made-to-order, we can only modify or cancel an order before it’s processed by our print partner. Contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll let you know if changes are still possible.
Where are you located?
Bold Union is proudly based in the USA. While we operate primarily online, all of our products are printed right here in the United States using trusted, high-quality print-on-demand partners. This means you get fast shipping and products made with care, supporting American businesses every step of the way.
How are shipping rates calculated?
Shipping costs are calculated automatically during checkout based on your delivery address and the items in your order. Most of our products ship from the USA, with a few items coming from international partners.
We always aim to find the best shipping rates for you, but some items may cost a bit more to ship due to their size or weight. Every order is made-to-order, so shipping times and costs reflect the care and quality that goes into creating your custom products.
Order fulfillment and shipping
Because our products are made on-demand and we start each order once it’s placed, it can take a little extra time to get your items to you. Typically, orders are processed within 3–5 business days, then fulfilled and shipped by our trusted US-based print partners within another 3–5 business days. While this means most orders arrive in about 7–15 days, we always aim to get your items to you as quickly as possible and will keep you updated along the way. Wear and Care: Looking after your clothing
All BOLD UNION garments are made on-demand in the USA with care. Each item has material details on the label and our website so you know exactly what you’re wearing.
Washing & Drying: Turn garments inside out before washing. Use the care label as your guide for water temperature and cycle. Air drying is best, or tumble dry on low if allowed.
Ironing & Steaming: Check the label for recommended heat. A steamer works well for delicate fabrics.
Storage: Hang most items to maintain shape; fold knits or delicate fabrics to prevent stretching. Keep garments in a cool, dry place away from sunlight.
Extra Tips: Wash only when needed, sort by color, and follow the care label. For delicate fabrics or embellishments like embroidery or sequins, turning the garment inside out helps protect them.
